1. Eligibility & Submission Guidelines

• We only accept demo submissions in the following genres: Deep House, House, Tech House, Afro House & Afro Tech.
• All demos must be submitted exclusively through our official website. External links (e.g., SoundCloud, WeTransfer, Dropbox) will not be considered.
• Submissions must be original, unreleased work. Remixes, bootlegs, or unauthorized samples will not be accepted.

2. File Requirements

• Files must be in MP3 format (320kbps preferred).
• Ensure all file names include your artist name and track title.
• Multiple submissions should be sent as separate uploads (no ZIP files).

3. Listening & Selection Process

• Our A&R team listens to every submission. If we are interested in your music, we will contact you directly.
• Due to the volume of submissions, we cannot provide feedback on individual demos.
• If you do not receive a response within 8 weeks, you can assume we have decided not to proceed with your track.

4. Rights & Ownership

• By submitting your demo, you confirm that you own all rights to the track and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
• If selected, a full contract will be discussed outlining licensing, publishing, and release terms.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal details and submitted material will be kept confidential and used only for A&R purposes.
• Soul Candi Records will not share or distribute your demo without consent.
